" This is Salsa Mia at Yuka Lounge on South Beach. We’re here today to show you the basics of salsa. You can find us on the web at www.salsamia.com. My name is Susan and this is Alex. Okay, let’s keep going with the turns. Now, what we’re going to do is an Exceeder for both men and women at the same time. Okay. Once again, we start from our basic. I’m going to demonstrate is first and then I’m going to help you out. This is what we’re going to do. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and forward. So what we’re doing is girls, you’re doing Exceeder. Men, you’re going to do your Exceeder. Now, what you’re going to do is forward, release, and grab. So what we’re doing the same Exceeder that we did before individually, but together. So it’s 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. First 3 counts, the girl is ready to turn. Men, try to turn on the last 3. So we go 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and you’re back to your basic. One more time 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, forward, back and stop. "
