" This is Salsa Mia at Yuka Lounge on South Beach. You can find us on the web at salsamia.com. My name is Susan and this is Alex, and we’re here to teach you the basics of salsa. Okay, here we go. Now, we’re going to teach your last salsa basic. Okay. Now, what we’re going to do is we’re going to be back rocks, or as we know them in Miami as in enchufles. Okay. Now all we do is we’re going to be going back in a 45 degree angle after every 3 counts. Okay. So what we’re going to do is this. Back, in place, together, and back, in place, together. As you can see, as I go back with my left, I also go back with my shoulders so I can use some momentum. So what we’re going to do is back, in place, together. And look how I’m always looking forward. And back, 2, 3, and back, 2, and 3. One tip for the guys, every time you go back, make sure you keep you heels off the floor. As you can see here, back, in place, together, and back, in place, together. "
