"Okay, now that you've got your battery inside the camera and all powered up, the next thing to do is, go ahead and turn your camera off, and once the camera is off, you can take your memory card. In this case, I have a flash SanDisk four gigabyte card. These are very good cards, I do recommend them over the eight gig or one gig. Sometimes the gig cards have been known to not work as well and the one gig cards are just not as large. So, what I'm going to do is take this card and look for the connectors, or empty slots on the top side of the memory card, and I'm going to take the labeled side of the card and face it towards me. Then, I'm going to look at my open door here on the camera. This is where I'm going to put the memory card. You should be able to just pull the door towards you and then push it away to open it, and what I'm going to do is take this memory card with the labeled side facing me, and the connectors facing the camera. So, it should go in like this, and you can just push it down until it clicks into place, and then close the door. Turn on your camera, and this read light, drive read light will light up one time just to let you know that camera is reading the card, and then, what you can do is look at the top of your camera and, in the, on the LCD on top of the camera there should be a number in the upper right corner. Mine says eight sixty-seven, and that just means that I can take eight hundred and sixty-seven more pictures on this card. It's fairly empty, but you want to make sure you got plenty of space left on your card before you take it out to start, to start shooting."
