"Alright, we have just finished talking about this person's career. Now we want to talk about any pet topics that they might have. Now they may have these, they may not. But when you think pet topics, what I'm talking about is really in kind of relation to values. Well ol' Sally, she's the most staunch republican I've ever met. She'd argue with a stop sign and take the wrong way home. Or whatever it is that they are passionate about, things they like to talk about, things they like to engage in conversation about. You know, what are their causes, if you will. You might want to mention those. And usually those are in relation to values, their personal values, what do they believe in, what do they think is right and wrong. If they don't have any pet topics, then you can just talk about their values. What is it that they believe in and how do they propagate that within the community? Are they strong Christian people, are they strong animal rights activists? What do they believe is important and how do they share their values with the world? Now you don't have to have this section but probably most people, there's going to be something where you could put a little bit about pet topics and values."
