Summary: Learn how to when decorating for Thanksgiving from a home décor expert in this free Thanksgiving video.
"Hi. I'm Matt Cail and behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to add some festive decorations to your Thanksgiving Day. If tacking, taping, or otherwise sticking stuff to your walls isn't quite your style; you like something a little more framed- looks a little more elegant in that way. If that's your style than you should consider some nice fall themed art. Basically what this could be can be anything from drawings to nice paintings, water color, oil, acrylic - anything you want. Just what I would suggest again is to keep color in mind. For example, this painting is not overtly autumnal - but it has a lot of those colors in it. You got a lot brilliant reds, yellows, browns in there which are definitely the dominant colors in the painting. So this would pass as a pretty nice painting to put up around Thanksgiving. It's going to go with the rest of your color flow of the yellows, the browns and the oranges even that you have around. It's going to go with it, it's not going to stand out like having a purple and green dominant painting. That wouldn't be so good around Thanksgiving. So consider art as another option for you to put up on your walls. It does have to be definitely over the top Autumn, Thanksgiving and turkeys. Make sure that the color scheme definitely still goes with your decorations, as well as the general subject. Fields of flowers, home fields, harvest - bring brown in. You can see how those could tie in to Thanksgiving and the harvest associated with Thanksgiving celebration and dinner."
