"Hi. This is Melissa Dacher, here with model Susie Chhuor for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to do vampire makeup for Halloween. Right now, I'm going to teach you how to apply the red cream eye shadow and build it into the crease of the eye and line the lower lid. All you do is take a small amount of your base. This is actually base, not eye shadow, which is a little different because this will go on before the eye shadow to make sure it doesn't crease. If you'd like, you can use it instead of eyeshadow all together because it does have a nice, rich color to it. And you draw a line right into the crease of the eye and then blend it downward a little. And then, with your finger or a q-tip, take it and blend the color upward. You are going to blend it upward into the eye as well as down lower into the lid. But you want to make sure not to go too far up. You just want to create a nice gradation. This creates a nice puffy-eyed look. You can always add more and blend it. Then you are going to take the same color and line underneath her eye. Just draw a nice stroke. It doesn't have to be too thick. And blend it downward a little bit. And like I said, with your finger or a q-tip, diffuse the color outward to the rest of the face. This creates a swollen look, a little puffy, a little sleep deprived. "
