"This is Melissa Dacher here with model Susie Chhuor for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to do vampire makeup for Halloween. Right now, I'm going to show you how to contour the eyebrow and use the highlight. You are going to take your base foundation. In this case, use a very iridescent color, either white or something very pale. Make sure it's iridescent. Take your brush and swirl it around. You are going to apply it directly under her eyebrow. Draw a nice white line with it and then blend downward in smooth circular motions and extend it slightly past her eyebrow. What this does is create a nice contour and helps make her eyebrow prominent. You can build it up and add more and blend down into the rest of the eye. Trace this nice iridescent gradation. "
