"Hi. This is Melissa Dacher here with model Susie Chhuor for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to do vampire makeup for Halloween. Next I'm going to show you how to highlight her eyebrow and give contour to it with the highlight. You start by using your highlight cream. In this case, a really light cream eyeshadow. You can either go for white or silvery, but you want to make sure that it's pretty light and pretty iridescent. Take your brush and swirl it around a little, just to coat it. And you want to apply it right underneath her eyebrow ridge to make it stand out and be very prominent. Just add your line like so. It could be a little thick. Draw a nice white line and then blend it downward and outward, swirling it a little bit. You can go slightly pass the eyebrow if you like and then go slightly inward too toward the inner corner of the eye (but not going directly into it). If you like, you could also blend it downward to the rest of the eye and then build it up. Just add more to the top. This creates a nice little gradation pattern, but still highlights on the brow. It helps it stay prominent and pop out. "
