"Hi. This is Melissa Dacher here with model Susie Chhuor for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to do vampire makeup for Halloween. Right now I'm going to do foundation, powder foundation over her entire face just to set the rest of her makeup. You take free, loose powder just like this. Since it is vampire makeup I would go with a really pale shade or clear. You take your brush, dip it in the foundation, swirl it around on the lid and tap off the excess before applying it. What you are going to do is you want to use just smooth, circular motions and just blend on her face. The best brush to use for loose foundation powder is a circular small hand brush. This gives it a nice, smooth, even coating. The great thing about loose foundation powders (especially this one) is that it will eliminate shine and it gives just a nice, smooth finishing texture to the face. Since it's vampire makeup, you want to stick with a really light foundation like this one or one that's clear so you don't have any pigmentation. Loose powder helps set the rest of your makeup and the rest of your foundations and concealers that you've already applied. The other thing this does, which is really nice, is that it eliminates any shine that you might have on your skin. Perfect for oily skin types, normal skin types; it's just a really nice, clear shine eliminator. "
