"Hello, my name's Melissa Schenk and on behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to be talking about how to wrap your Christmas present cost effectively. In this clip let’s talk about wrapping your presents using take-away containers. Couple of different things I do mean by this is; one is depending on the type of gift you're giving. Let's say it's a culinary gift in the sense that you were doing some baking and going to give some baked goods or you're giving the actual items to make cookies to someone. I've seen people do that in containers and such. Well maybe what you can do, what I sometimes do, is I buy Tupperware containers in bulk. They usually sell them you know at a discount price when you buy them in bulk and then you can put your gifts inside the Tupperware containers and then put some tissue paper inside of that and a bow and ribbon on top and you're set to go. Another thing you can do that is sometimes interesting is, let's say the next time you go for Chinese food you can actually, a couple of different things you can a; wash out the containers and reuse them which takes a little bit more effort, but if you go to actually pick up your Chinese food and you ask for a couple of extra containers they will actually give them to you. So it makes for a neat way of actually receiving a gift. Something like this too, a take a way sort of cardboard container like this, tie a ribbon on it and you're set to go. There are so many different things that you can encounter throughout the year and what I tend to do is I keep a bucket of all these different things and then when the holiday season rolls around, depending on what I bought, I go through my stash of different boxes and different items and ribbons and such and I figure out how I am going to wrap this stuff. Now you can do it really cost effectively, all you need to do is use your imagination, maybe a little bit of extra time and just have fun with it."
