Cut Holiday Spending by Skipping Christmas Cards

"Hello my name is Melissa Schenk on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to be talking about how to cut down on holiday spending. In this clip, let's talk about saving money with Christmas cards. Many people still like to give Christmas cards and receive Christmas cards of course, but if you're trying to be cost effective, you can either still send your Christmas cards like you normally would. But when you're thinking about that you have to buy the cards themselves, you have to figure out how many people you're going to give them to and of course pay for the postage as well. So instead of if again you're trying to be cost effective on your holiday spending instead of sending the pricey Christmas cards, a couple of different options; you can send an email, you can send an e-card; you can, there is so many options too even on things on Face book nowadays where you can send someone a message and decorate someones Christmas tree online. Or send them an angel online, there's so many options on the internet nowadays. So you have that option as well which is totally free. Well, in most cases it's free. Or you can do it the old fashion way, you can just you know pick up the phone and you call someone as well. So it's some options there to save some money instead of sending the Christmas cards; you can either call or perhaps use the internet and send an e-card."
