What to Put on Top of a Christmas Tree

"Hello, my name is Melissa Schenk and behalf of Expert Village today we are going to be talking about how to elegantly decorate your Christmas tree. In this clip let's talk about how to choose what to put on top of our Christmas tree. Now, again keep in mind we're talking about how to elegantly decorate our tree. And elegance does come with a price tag but it does take allot of time as well. Now allot of people tend to either put on the top of their tree as we know a star or an angel. Elegance to me in this case we've chosen an angel for our Christmas tree. But, again it is entirely up to you, it's a personal choice. But whatever it is, you want to make sure that it has a tie in some how with the rest of your tree. With elegance, again in our earlier clip we were talking about picking a theme. So make sure whatever you do put on the top of your tree some how ties in with the rest of your theme, the rest of your idea. The color combination that it doesn't you know stick out like some sort of thumb, that it does tie in with the rest of the tree and the rest of the ornaments as well. So, in this case we have gold ribbons, we have a lot of color accents in towards our golds and our coppery colors. But you can see and also in towards the white cream colors. Our angel is white and creamy and also has that gold trim too. So everything in this case ties together. "
