"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Santa Claus. Actually I'm Pat Louis and today I'm going to teach you to become a professional Santa Claus. I do want to talk a little bit more about kids and kid control or dealing with kids because there are those little ones that you see. They are not quiet sure who Santa is yet, they've seen pictures of him but here he is in person giantess and larger in life and may be a little frighten and if they get that little look on their face. Usually their mom or dad is holding them so you want to kind of back off "oh no everything is fine oh, Merry Christmas time aren't you feeling fun"? Look mommy loves me and mom will usually hand and kind of shake your hand. Then you can kind of move in a little bit but be cautious if they still kind of get into that scary mood just back off. The rest of the kids will take plenty of time to get to know you and you can utilize that to get back to that child a little later on."
