How to Pick a Tie for a George W. Bush Costume

Now, as you'll see in this picture here, one of the most decorative element of George's suit is his tie. He often wears this tie here, especially in portraits. It has light blue and darker blue diagonal stripes. So, your best bet is to go and look for a tie that looks like that. The tie I found here isn't exactly the same, but it does have the stripes and that's what people pick up on the most. In other outfits, George W. Bush often wears a dark red, solid dark red tie, occasionally he wears a red and navy blue diagonally stripe tie. But the point is do some research on his ties before you pick one out. Because if you're just wearing a normal tie that you wear to work, people aren't going to identify you as Bush. Another important element for your tie is an American flag tie tack.
