" Hi! This is Stacy form expertvillage.com. In this clip, I’m going to show you the first steps into making a stuffed Valentine decoration. The materials needed for this project are cotton balls or newspaper, scissors, stapler, markers or crayons, and at least 2 sheets of construction paper, preferably a Valentine’s Day color. The first step into making this decoration is to have 2 sheets of construction paper. Put them together and fold them in half. This will allow that your Valentine’s Day hearts are the same size. The next step is to make half of heart starting at the fold, and you’re just going to make half the heart. Make it pretty big to cover up the whole sheet. Then you’ll cut those out, and you’ll 2 hearts. The next step will be to decorate your hearts. You want to remember that you are going to staple them, so you only need to decorate one side of each heart. You can either use markers, crayons, glitter, paint, or whatever you’d like. "
