"I'm Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you what to bring to your next office Christmas party, something savory and something sweet. So now I'm going to measure out my flour. Keep your flour in a jar loosely, it will be much easier to measure. If it's loose like this, your measurement will be true. So there's one, two, and a quarter so I'm just going to fill that a quarter way full and add that too. Again, my bowl is a little small but that's alright. And then I need a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. This salt I'm using has the minerals still kept in it which is really great, it's not so salty and it's better for you. So now I've added that in and I'm going to whisk that together. Now because my bowl is a little small, I'm just going to pounce it so that salt is incorporated into the flour. Use a bigger bowl at home, then you don't have to pounce, you can whisk. Whisking it takes the place of sifting the flour, so you don't have to sift your flour if you just whisk it in a bowl. Or in this case, you pounce it."
