"I'm Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you what to bring to your next office Christmas party, something savory and something sweet. So I've rolled out the dough now and I've put it on an inverted cookie sheet just to stabilize it and I'm going to put it in the refrigerator now for fifteen minutes. It's been fifteen minutes, let's take the dough out of the refrigerator. It's chilled up nicely. First I want to turn the oven on, so we're going to turn it to bake, we're going to turn it to 425 degrees. Now I'm going to take the cookie sheet away. You're going to take off one of the wax papers and you're actually going to make sure it releases from the second one by flipping that and taking that off. Now you can cut this with a knife but I prefer using a pizza wheel cutter. It makes a decorative edge that is just lovely. So first you want to cut this in half, go right down the middle the long way, and then you're just going to cut little thin strips, and you're going to cut all of this dough. It's okay if they're not perfect and they're not even. This dough is going to puff up and make lovely little sticks. They are going to be the hit of your office party. Everyone is going to want the recipe and they're going to think you're a genius. These go lovely with cocktails. You know when you want something a little crunchy, a little salty with a great flavor, this is it. It will put potato chips or anything else to shame."
