"I'm Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you what to bring to your next office Christmas party, something savory and something sweet. Now we're going to put our dry ingredients together and add them to the butter cheese mixture. First I want you to start with a small bowl. You're going to add one and two-thirds cup of flour. So there's one and a third, one and two-thirds cups of flour. And then you're going to add a quarter of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Make sure you get this measurement right, cayenne is very strong, if you put too much in, it'll burn your guests mouth. There's a quarter teaspoon of cayenne. And you need one teaspoon of salt. And you need one and a quarter teaspoons of dry mustard. So that's half a teaspoon and I'm going to use another half a teaspoon and half of that. I'd like to gently whisk together, now I know my bowl is a little small so I'm just going to pounce it to mix those ingredients, and now we're going to add this to the butter cheese mixture. And blend, very slowly. Once I've added the dry ingredients, this is what it looks like. Now we're going to add it back onto the mix master and you're going to add two tablespoons of water. I know that doesn't seem like a lot and it takes a little while for it to incorporate but you don't want this dough really wet, so one, two, that's it. And again, start off slow, you don't want this flying all over. As the water incorporates, you need to turn the mix master up and you need to let it just go and eventually it will come together. You think it's not going to come together but it will."
