"I'm Stephanie Barnett and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you what to bring to your next office Christmas party. Something savory and something sweet. Now we are going to go over the ingredients for the cheese straws. You would need a very sharp cheddar cheese. I prefer a white cheddar cause then the straws don't have a orange ting to them. You can use orange cheddar but make sure it is a very strong and very sharp cheddar cheese. You would also need some dry mustard that is very important and a good quality one. You would need a stick of room temperature butter. I prefer salted butter rather then unsalted butter. Also make sure that butter and that cheese is organic; it would test better. You would thank yourself and your guest would thank you later. Some salt, some cayenne pepper, some flour, and some water. You would also need measuring spoons, a grater, measuring cups, a bowl or a mix master to blend everything."
