"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you how to make this gorgeous Christmas table for your Christmas dinner. Now I need you to think about and set out your glassware. What beverages will you be serving at dinner? Not including coffee. Coffee can come out later with the dessert plates. So I think today I would like a big goblet not for my water but for my wine. It's Christmas we're not driving, everyone's here so we can have a generous glasses for our wine glasses and these are very decorative. We're also going to be doing a champagne toast so I would like to have a champagne glass at the place setting as well. If you're going to be serving white wine and red wine and people are going to be having those different things between the courses, you'll need a glass for each one of those courses if you're changing your wines. I also would like to put out a generous glass for water people get thirsty during dinner and they would like something that is nonalcoholic, having a big glass of water at there place. As a hostess you don't have to get up and keep refilling everyones water glass. So set these out water, the champagne and the wine glass just like that all the way around your table and people will just thank you for your bounty full hospitality."
