" Hello this is mad scientist coming to you from expertvillage.com. Now I'm taking a lengthy cord about 8 inches long doubling it over so it is a total of 16 inches. Cutting it off and what I'm going to do is loop it twice around the top of the shoulder and then pull this section down over the arm and then I tape this in place. Just like that. Excellent. So now the elbow bends and the shoulder could move a little. In fact I got to throw a little duct tape around the shoulder. So this is the basic arm for the creature right there. Nice and dangly."
