I'm going to wrap it around the plastic skull. Now this is not a neat process. In fact the sloppier the better you want wrinkles, creases, general ugliness. I'm making sure to push parts of the cloth into the resizes of the skull. I want the skull to be as visible as possible. Also creating wrinkles along the brow and the around the mouth and that is good."
