"Hello I'm Matt Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to make fake blood and other horror props. So now were going to start adding blood to our limbs this limb here if it's actually been ripped off a person now way theres not nearly enough blood here to see that's there none. So were going to take our jar were going to begin to dip in our brush now you can always consider putting this in a more accessible container I've seen people putting it in shot glasses, something easy to get to. So make sure that your not at risk at dropping a lot of blood. And basically begin lightly coating the limb in blood were going to be building up some areas which are going to be darker over time. So don't worry if the effect at first is not quit as pronounce you have hoped. Because what's going to happened is that your going to be building up layers very much like actual blood and its going to become much more apparent over time. Now the corn syrup here will take a little while to dry and then almost like a lot of other makeups after it dries you can keep applying other layers over the make up. This will get more of a thick crusty affect now keep in mind this is blood, blood usually sometimes it's pretty thick but often times has a little droplet around the side. So don't be afraid to kind of go around the outside edges of the main blood area and just put in some other drops in the like. Also keep in mind from where the limb will be bleeding there will be a lot of blood back here where the limb is separated from the rest of the body. So if you want to keep some kind of the medical those medical facts as greezly as they are in mind with your limb it'll have a much more realistic affect. "
