"Hi! I'm Matt Cail on behalf of Expert Village. I am here today to tell you how to set up and play bobbing for apples. As your game of bobbing for apples proceeds throughout the evening, check back periodically. If you have a moderator and they can keep tabs on this but if you are hosting a part, it is good to check back every now and again. When you are checking back, see how many apples are remaining in your container. Often times if somebody has bit an apple, the apple has been removed or they walked off with it. Hopefully they are eating it but a lot of times, they will just get tossed. You want to make sure to keep a good number of apples in the tub throughout the evening because while bobbing for apples can be difficult with 10 of them in there, it can be very very difficult with only 2 or 3 in there. Something else to look for is if there is any apple bits floating in the water, you want to make sure and grab those out. You don't want those in there. If somebody has their mouth open going throughout the water, apple bits like snow white could very easily stop up an air passage. Something else to keep in mind is if you are bobbing for apples for several hours in a row, the water may start to get a little gross. This could be because some of the apples are starting to disintegrate a bit. The other thing could be lots of people's mouths going into the water in and out over several hours. So if you are bobbing for apples generally say more than 2 or 3 hours and have a very high level of activity, consider replacing the water at some point before your party ends."
