"Hi! My name is Matt Cail on behalf of Expert Village. I am here today to show you how to set up and play bobbing for apples. All right so now our tub is full with water and we are ready to put our apples in. First thing be sure you have removed the sticker off of the apples. You don't want people biting into stickers. That's no fun at all. Also just like you would with an apple you are about to eat, make sure the apples are washed before hand. For putting the apples in the tub, just gently drop them in the water. There is no reason to cannon ball them in, plenty of water is going to get everywhere most likely. So there's no reason to get too early of a start. In terms of the number of apples you should have, I recommend having anywhere from 6 to 10 depending on the size of your tub. It should basically be from where the apples are floating in the water. There is maybe on an average between 2 and 3 inches between each one. That will allow people a lot of different options when they are bobbing later on. You also notice that the water line has risen somewhat after you put the apples in. Of course keep in mind the more apples you put in, the higher up the water line will go. So if you expect to have a lot of apples, make sure to allow you some extra room as in less water in your tub before you put the apples in. "
