"And they say he used this axe. Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to tell a good ghost story. After you have your story and practiced your delivery the next thing is to find a good location to tell your story you may tell a story in a creepy castle. It will have an entirely different effect if you told the exact same story say at the mall. So we're going over a couple of locations, good and bad where you can tell your story; the first location is a good one the woods. Woods are a very creepy even during the day time if you can be telling a story in the woods it will automatically have more of an effect, you're more isolated. Some people take that to even more vulnerable it's a more primal environment, another location in addition to the woods this time a bad locations is a place where this a lot of children running around playgrounds. You do not understand how many times I have actually seen people try to do a scary story usually in October but instead in a playground. Things are not just scary with games of just tag and kickball going around the background. So if there's slides and merry go rounds in your location, you need to get another location. Now still another location you can go to but I do not recommend is any place with a lot of people you know what's a lot less scary only having 5 people 50 people. When you have people milling around in crowds people feel more safe, they feel more protective if anything gets out of control hey that's no problem, there's always people around they're going to help me. Maybe it's a false sense of security but the sense of security none the less, so avoid big crowds the more isolated the better. The last location is another good location for a story telling, this is the beach preferably with some scenic back drop like a lighthouse with the waves crashing in the sand. Hopefully you have a little stiff breeze but not to loud of a breeze you don't have to yell over it, but the beach is another nice and natural isolated and can be a very creepy setting for your tale."
