"Hi, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to throw a Halloween party for teenagers. So you want to have a Halloween party, well first you have to decide when you're actually going to have the party. There are two schools of thought; on this there's peers who say it's a Halloween party so you got to have the Halloween party on Halloween October 31st. The problem with this though, what if October 31st is on a Wednesday? A lot of your teen friends are not going to be coming over for Wednesday for a couple of hours for milk and cookies. Much better is to have it on a Friday and Saturday even if Halloween itself is not on that day, there's another rule to keep in mind here. November 1st forget about it, Halloweens past so Halloween is on a Thursday you have a problem, you don't want to have your party on Friday November 1st people are weird with a holiday observances, once you go passed it there kind of done with it they moved on. But forward is okay what I would do is you have it on the proceeding Friday or Saturday, this is a nice night people, it's not a school night you don't have to worry or at least your curfew is probably less strict. Try to have your party on the weekend before Friday or Saturday both work equally well."
