"Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to throw a Halloween party for your kids. Another word on basic logistics on how your children guests are getting to and from your party. It's a basic policy I call good evening and good night, or as the count would say good evening and good night, what this is you're keeping tabs on exactly who's coming to the party as well as you can. Keeping tabs on a basic head count on what children had said yes, and hopefully you would be able to track this through the invitations that you and your children have received. And the other thing is kind of who is basically riding with where how exactly the children getting to your party, and how are they getting home. Inevitably there can be some kind of confusion and logistics and timing and that's where problems can arise. A child may end up arriving short and you need to be prepared to step into the breach if that's the case and you may need to offer that child an emergency ride home. Also if they get sick you need to know what to do they should hopefully have their parents number memorize or you should at least now how the general idea of who are the parents are. Again it doesn't have to be precise I know these are not all of them hopefully your children but at the same time you have to keep some basic intelligence going on in case something comes up, an emergency or to make sure that you know how they're getting to and from your party."
