Summary: Learn how to prepare the party house for a kids' Halloween party in this free Halloween planning video.
"Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to throw a Halloween party for your kids. But decorating is only the first part of getting your place ready for the Halloween party for your children. The other part of it is kid proofing your going to have 10-20-30 children running around your place there going to be in costumes most likely. There going to be excited there going to be running around there even going to be wearing masks which they are not going to be able to see particularly well out of. What does that spell? Accidents. You should be prepared for them to happened and you should take steps prior to your party to mediagate them, if you have any fragile like that nice old vase from great aunt, put that away don't have it on the mantel if children are going to be running by it a lot. If you have carpeting that could stain I even seen people put down plastic like the big plastic sheeting that you do whenever you paint a place, I've seen people put that down. Because keep in mind children are going to have make up on make up can also stain especially if you don't catch it for a couple of days, a lot of it will come out it's a pain. Other people will put down newspaper say on luminium or other tile floors you have to watch out cause you also don't want to create a slipping hazard for children. So at the same you want to cover up areas where you don't want to be stained or there might be high traffic areas. Consider that, have some stain guard on hand ready to go if someone drops candy or falls and suddenly have red clown make up and it's all over the carpet. Be prepared put the fragile away make sure the delicates are out to the side anything that your worried about is away, and make sure your ready to deal with stains."
