Summary: Learn how to pick a shirt for vampire Halloween costumes in this free Halloween costume video.
"Hi, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to make a vampire costume. With the make-up on and the first look we are going to start to go for is this classic Count Dracula Gothic look. For that the first thing we are going to need is a shirt. Now a lot of these costume elements can work for both male or female vampires although they do generally work better for guys than for gals. So that is something to keep in mind. These are a little bit more of a masculine look to the vampires because we are basing this off Count Dracula who happened to be a guy. Anyway, the first building block is going to be a white collared shirt that we are going to go pick up. Now a lot of people already own a white collared shirt which is a nice bonus because you already own a big piece of your costume. That's money you don't have to go out and spend and you don't have to worry about getting the right size, cause hopefully you have something that fits you relatively well. If you don't it's not a big deal a lot of thrift stores will carry the white collared shirt for not very much at all. For a shirt like this expect to spend around $2.00-$4.00 tops. It shouldn't cost more than that. Another nice bonus is that since the shirt has buttons you can un-button it and put it on around you which means you are not risking smudging or otherwise obscuring messing up the make-up you've just spent all of the time putting on. So you can feel free to put your make up on before you have the collared shirt, although it works the other way too."
