"Hello! I'm Matt Cail on behalf of Expert Village. I'm here today to show you how to make a zombie costume. We're going to take a second and step back from the makeup we've put on so far and deal with a couple of addition makeup effects we can actually do on the clothing. Now, personally I don't recommend a lot of makeup or even on clothing. It's way too easy to get the makeup on your clothes on other things like brushing up against walls or people or of course, the worst scenario is when you put a ton of blood down your back or rear and then you sit down on the white couch. Be very cautious and careful on exactly where you want to put makeup on your clothing or any other type of staining blood agents. I recommend some of the corn syrup mixes for blood in this situation, but you can also use a lot of makeup too to stain clothes. If you're going to stain clothes, try and stay around the neck and the chest area or along the tops of your arms on the sleeves. This will minimize the chance that you're going to put the makeup off of you and onto another surface. Again, you can just dab in here and slowly but surely you'll kind of get more of a blood splattered effect. Try though to keep in mind your subject. It doesn't make a lot of sense to put a lot of blood on this because we don't have a ton on our subject. He's not totally rolling in blood. He's not going to have waterfalls of it going down onto his clothes, but he probably could have some. You can see where I could drop down onto the collar here or even over onto to this other side. Make sure to keep in mind what your subjects face looks like. The less blood they have on their face, the less blood they're going to have on their clothing."
