"Hey. Hi. How are you? I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to throw Halloween parties for adults. As your party date creeps closer it is important for you to keep a head count on the people you expect to show up to your party. This would help your plan things like food and beverages. If you don't have as many people coming as you may hope for you may want to expand the guest list. If you have a definite head count goal in mind. This is also important because what if your party is to popular suddenly you may run out of food, you may run out of drinks or worst yet you may be having this party in a apartment or a condemnation and there is space issue to consider. You don't want people shaking hands super cramped in a room further more that is going to kill the dance floor. What is more you may then be in violation of a fire code and while it is not to common that the cops or the fire fighters would come to your party. It is possible and if you did have that happen then they would be able to cite you in a violation for having a party code. These are all problems that could be avoided if you keep a basic tab and the number or RSVP you had and just kind of adjusting that and expecting while you have not heard back from 5 people then you are assuming 2 or 3 of those are actually going to show up. Keep a tab on the head count going into your party. "
