"Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Villag, I'm going to show you how to setup a haunted house. A guide, someone to usher through your guest, through the house. It is important role for your haunted house. Now not all house has guides it kind of depends on the settings. I personally recommend them, there is a lot of fun things that you can do with them. For example, guides, help set up the atmosphere of a room. Perhaps there is a quick back story to a room, somebody who meant a untimely demised there which they can then communicate to the guest in a way the room will never will. They can also course sum up and be as serious as possible. Another big use for a guide is making sure that people keep a good pace going through the house. So you don't have groups kind of creating a long jam behind which groups A,B,C,D,E can not go through the house yet. You don't have groups overlapping. If you have groups, kind of the moderate the pace in which people are going through your house. This would also make sure that people do not get lost. Labyrinth or mazes are very popular in haunted houses. I recommend them. They are a lot of fun but if you don't have a guide, people can sometimes get lost and the labyrinth can get effective. People would become lost in them and surprisenly in a small amount of space if you are not careful. An alternative is not having a guide is you can always take white tape and put arrows on the floor to give people hints on where to go. After a while they would actually follow them. That is one thing that you can do. In addition to having a guide you can also have a plan in your group of people. A plan is basically somebody dressed in plain clothes this actor would not be dressed up at all they would look normal. Cause in one point, the haunted house they would become attack probably physically. They would be the only example of you ever violating the do not touch rule because they are a actor in a haunted house. But people do not know that. What is more, plan guides can both help out to make sure that nothing on tour happens in your house. That nobody is messing around taking decorations or anything. You just don't know what is going on it gives you some more eyes and ears in your haunted house. "
