on 8/5/2009 Hi, I built a haunted house last year, and instead of two by four wood for the walls, I used PVC pipe. It is cheaper and more lightweight when putting togather.

"Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to set up a haunted house. The second popular fright tactic is what I like to call the red haring. What is the red haring? Well a lot of people have low expectation for haunted houses. they are are silly and they are anything but cheap thrills involved. But is that mean? They don't know how to have a very high expectations for how you are going to scare them which you can take advantage of. They are going to expect Hook kind of like more predictable scares. Like there is going to be a box in the corner and oh I bet there is something out of that box. Right? So you can take advantage of this cause their focus is going to be on that box. So they are going to be walking around like "Oh hey there is that pumpkin. I bet there is something hiding behind it cause it is placed like it s going to do that, so they are going to scare me". Their attention is on the pumpkin which is when you jump out from spot B which they were looking at all cause they have been so focused on the pumpkins. So they were so convinced that you had a lame jump plan for them at the pumpkin. You know you can take advantage of a sharp turns and objects like boxes and coffins to set people up cause a lot of people are going to fall for it because they are going to have low expectations on how good of a haunted house you are going to have.
