"Hello, I'm Matt Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to creatively carve a pumpkin. The first part of our pumpkin face that we are going to draw in, to provide guides similarly to what we did on top, are the eyes. The eyes are important; they'll set the rest of the face in motion. As I'm drawing these in here, let me kind of describe some tips and traps not to fall into. First off, again, no straight lines. We are going to be, you know, curving in and out; much more of like, a free-flow melting effect on these eyes. So keep them kind of like slanted. You know slant it upwards and inwards so you have a little bit of an angle. Again, this is not a...I guess you could say it is sort of a super distorted triangle but, that would be stretching it. It shouldn't look like any recognizable shape. Do that, and then we are going to put the other one in over here. And I recommend that the eyes not be perfectly level, that one of them be slightly bigger than the other and a little bit lower. So you can see here, these two eyes do not fully match. That's again, we don't want symmetry. That's something else we are going to try to avoid here. "
