"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a witch costume today. Now that we have colored in the neck area in the green, there is that kind of cool effect that we can do with some more black makeup around the chin area. Basically what that is that we can extend some black lines along both sides right underneath in here. Just kind of shadow right around in the chin area. What does this do? Fuzzy and not overly pronounced. So like so it is okay to totally blend to the green makeup, there is nothing wrong with that at all but we don't want them to be overly black or overly defined. But what they can still do is like a nice little boarder area between your neck and the rest of your face and it also results in a neat shading effect. Which would again kind of make your jaw line more pronounce, more angular which is a neat effect for our witch costume. "
