How to Make Witch Lips for a Witch Costume

"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a witch costume today. With all the green and black makeup on her face it could leave even the nicest and the fullness of the lips looking a little dull. So lets take as a great remedy for that now there is two main colors of lipstick that we can use; one is black which you can certainly use and that looks fine you already have a lot of black on here as it is. I prefer using some red lipstick so it just adds a little bit of a different color to the witch costume and this still looks really cool and still have a really neat contrast. So we are going to start applying this by just gently patting on the lips kind of creating kind of a base layer of the lipstick and this would start coming on more clearly and gently going back and forth. Basically the ladies that are out there apply this thickly and comfortably as you like and this probably relatively normal cosmetic piece of the costume and then when we have apply a lot of then we are basically going to put on our lips like we normally would. Which is like applying a more of a stripe cross and then like pucker the lips and do a little bit of the upper area and then we would suck in our lips. There you go and basically repeat this. One thing to watch for is very easy for some of the green makeup which is really close to the lips to come of choke of some of the lips and the lip effect don't mind of wiping some of that out of the way with a paper towel or just going a little bit more over it in red lipstick. Because eventually you want to make sure that the red is really predominant in this area around the lips. "
