"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you to make a witch costume today. Next we are going to add a wart affect now you can make this as sub do or as pron as you like. What I use for it is some nice liquid latex over here, they got a lot of these in stores. It is pretty easy to apply to, you do not have to be super experienced in it. What we are going to do is we are going to apply some liquid latex and try building up a area. Like so to try to basically build up a semi circle in a area. Now we don't want to, we have to balance how much we apply with letting this dry. What I recommend is basically applying this is a base layer probably wait about two or three minutes of drying and then basically repeat the step again. At that point you have to wait about another three or four minutes and then after that you would have a nice build up area. Unless your little circle is coming out which then you can take the back of your brush and kind of give a couple of pokes which would give a little bit more texture. Now if you are going for more of a haggish witch you can put a lot more then just one, you can put them all over the nose or you can even do more sub do then this and just do a little black makeup, a little beauty mark on the side. Either which way it is a good way to you witch costume and makeup."
