"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you to make a witch costume today. Next we are going to go and do some affects under the eyes now. Unlike the above the eye which is going to be a very relatively strong demarked line underneath the eyes is going to be a touch more blanded. So we are going to start off by applying black makeup like so and then we are going to start to work to kind of blend it more in to the green. So this is going to be a more very settle affect but you can see a lot of the skin underneath there has remained pink. You would find that this generally happens with makeup, a lot of times underneath the eyes will remain pink. It is a very hard area to get to again people, please be very careful with the makeup and with the eyes just to make sure we are not getting the brush too close. We are basically then going to take what is going to look like a light gray layers you see between this it is just much more faint and like the very solid black lines above we are going to take that and we are just going to blend it with the green. Just to kind of bring in a nice shadow effect and finish our makeup area around the eye."
