"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you to make a witch costume today. With our green layer of base makeup applied we are going to move on and start applying highlight details with black makeup. We are going to apply most of these effects using a narrower brush, it is not to be totally fine tip but it is not going to be one of the bigger ones. We are going to start off by applying some black makeup to the eyebrow area. What I recommend is starting in the inside of the eye and going outwards. What we are going to do is follow the basic counter of the eyebrow except we are going to put a little more of an arch. So basically do a little bit of kick upwards and then come back down. So we are not going to color in all the eyebrow just more of the arched area. You want to get slightly different little more of a mystical, mystical quality here to our witch. She is going to have some interesting eyebrows which are going to be a little arched. So what I like to do is not make it super, super dark you don't want it to look like you just painted on some black eyebrows. On the other hand you don't want to have it so faint that it does not show up against the green cause the green can be very over powering. So make sure you have a nice balance on your eyebrow effects and unlike some of the other black makeup effects that we are going to be doing this one is going to be like the stronger more defined lines on the face."
