Memory Game for Thanksgiving Games

"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to tell you all about Thanksgiving games and activities. The next game involves a test of memory and memory skills. The way that this game works is you are going to have a bunch of cards out in front of you. And essentially there will be a pair of each card, where you have an identical image on them. So for example on these cards we have a turkey head, we have a drumstick, we have a football, and you got a pumpkin. It's very much, it's a Thanksgiving theme, it's things you associate with Thanksgiving. So, what happens is you basically put all the cards out on the table and then you give yourself a second to kind of pour over them and look at them. Kind of see which ones go to which, you know, and kind of get the pairs in your mind's eye and then we are going to flip over all of them. All of them, all of them, all of them and then we jumble everything all together and we kind of basically put them in a concentric pattern. Not really concentric, more like a square. OK, and then what happens is is that you then start, you turn over one and you're like OK, alrighty, and then you can only turn over one card at a time, and then you turn over other ones and you want to try and remember where you have seen something before. So like on this one, there you go. I got a pair. I remembered where it was. And, you do this basically until you've turned over all the cards and try to do so in the least amount of time possible."
