    "Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. While my celery, onions, mushrooms and garlic are cooking I'm going to go ahead and slice the sage in and I'm going to add the sage in at the very end of that cooking. I don't want it to cook for too long and what I'm going to do is remove the sage from the stems simply by twisting it. Holding the leaves and twisting. I don't want the stems in my stuffing cause it can be a little tough. I'm just going to run my knife through there. And I'm going to take the sage and I'm going to place it into the pan over here. I'm going to go ahead and mix it on in and like I said I'm going to let it cook with this food for about a minute or 2. Remember if you don't like sage feel free to use any other herbs that you may like Rosemary, thyme, or parsley, anything else that you may really would like. "
