"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Now we are going to cook all of our ingredients. I have one stick of butter and I'm going to place into my pan here and I'm going to go ahead and allow it to melt. I've got my heat set to medium, low to medium heat cause I don't want to caramelized everything but I do want to saute it until it's got a nice clear color to it. Now that our butter is nice and melted I'm going to go and in the mushroom, celery, garlic and onion and we are just going to let them saute down on a low heat. At this point I'm going to add about a tablespoon or so of Kosher salt and I'm going to add about a teaspoon of crack black pepper. I'm going to let this cook for 3-5 minutes and you want to make sure every so often stir it so it gets cooked thorough on the top and the bottom. "
