"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Now we are going to carve the turkey and first we are going to start of with removing the wings. To do that you are just going to pull the joint back until you kind of here a pop and that is going to pop the joint. Then I would make it really easy for you to get in there with your knife. There is one wing there and I'm going to do the same thing with this wing. Whenever I carve a turkey I like to bring it back to the kitchen because I know it could get a little messy and that is not always the prettiest thing. So what we would do is set on the table and everybody can ooh and ah and bring it back to the kitchen and cut it up. If you turkey is still really hot go ahead and you can grab it with your with gloves or with a silicon pad or a cloth towel so you don't burn yourself."
