"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Now pies are fun to garnish because there are so many things you can do. So really try to have fun with it. For example, this pumpkin pie I mentioned earlier that you can take a extra pie dough crust and cut out different shapes whether it would be leaves or a pumpkin and put it top of your pie and have it cook on there. That way you would cook on the different decorations. Also have fun with whip cream. Obviously both of these desserts look really well with whip cream. You can make a vanilla bean whip cream which is just the cream and the vanilla bean and and powdered sugar. You can add different flavors to it. You can give it chocolate. There are so many things you can do and of course, ice cream. Ice cream is one of the best things that go with pumpkin pie so have fun with that. With our pecan pie tart again a lot of the garnishes can be used. Vanilla bean ice cream is obviously another classic. Again the whip cream works really, really well. It would be really nice if you put like a dollop of whip cream on top of that with some more toasted pecans. Just have fun with it, use your imagination and enjoy your desserts. "
