"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. So now that we got our meal complete I'm going to talk about different garnishes that you can use for all of your different items here on the table. First of for our stuffing it got so many wonderful colors that really you don't need a garnish but you could garnish it with some chop Italian parsley that would be really nice or some thyme leaves. Something green to kind of bring out some of the different colors but other that you got some really great oranges, some browns and of course the darkness from the sausage. It is a beautiful dish right on its own. Coming over here to the roasted garlic mashed potatoes there are several things you can do with this you can garnish it with chives, scallions, we have our thyme leaves, a sprig of thyme. There is several different things but because it is white you probably want to garnish it with something that is green. Here we got our beautiful whipped sweet potatoes with a beautiful crust on top and it is so nice just by itself you can see the orange. I would probably not add anything to this because it already looks amazing by itself. If you really wanted to add something you can add something like Italian parsley or something that is going to be none intrusive to the flavors that are in this dish. Looking at your green beans again I really would not add anything as a garnish to this your caramelized onions kind of play that roll, it is a nice contrast with a bright green and the green beans. So it looks great just the way that it is. "
