"Hi, my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make an entire Thanksgiving meal. Now we are going to make our filling for a pecan pie tart. To do this I'm going to start with the wet ingredients. I've got 3 eggs, I'm going to add them to my mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of melted butter and you want to make sure your melted butter is not too hot or else it would cook your eggs. I've got 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and I'm going to do a half a cup of lite corn syrup. Alright now that I got all that in my mixing bowl I'm going to take my whisk and mix it and make sure I got a nice consistency. That is how you mix your wet ingredients. "
