    "Hi, my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make an entire Thanksgiving meal. Now that I got my pie crust in there nice and firm I'm just going to take the back of my knife and I'm just going to press all this down extra dough. And I'm just going to take the back of my knife and just kind of press it off just like so. That is going to help give me a nice even and clean pie crust. Since this has been out for a few minutes I'm going to go ahead and chill for about 20 minutes you always want to make sure you keep your pie shell nice and cool and that is how you fill your tart pan with your pie dough. "
