Hi, my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make an entire Thanksgiving meal. Now that I got my roux nice and cooked, I'm going to add chicken stock little by little. As you add it in you want to make sure you whisk it and you can see it automatically it is going to thicken. Once you, again in order for your roux to thicken it gots to come to a boil. Another tip that I like to do is to take your turkey and your gizzards and cut them up and put them to your gravy and it makes for really great flavor. You can also add your turkey neck to your gravy for even more turkey flavor and just allow it to cook with the turkey neck. Of course you want to remove the neck before you serve it. If you want to make a cream gravy you can add heavy whipping cream and that would make a cream gravy.
