"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Now that I got my sausage cook and my bread cubes are done I'm going to go ahead and add my bread cubes to the pan. My onion, butter, sage mixture is also done so I'm going to add that on top as well and the last thing I have to add is going to be my apricots. Here I got some really great dry apricot these are also sun rising apricots and I'm just going to cut them in about small pieces. It is a rough chop nothing to difficult and it would actually provide a little bit of moisture to our stuffing as well as a really nice sweet flavor. If you don't like apricots there are several other options you can use you can use dry cherries would be excellent, you can use raisins, dry apples, there is all kinds of things you can use so don't feel like you have to use dry apricots. Get those in the pot as well and I'm going to actually do a little bit more. Once again you just want a rough chop it does not have to be perfect. These look great. "
